Our 2026 Weatherby Award Gala will again be held at the beautiful Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee. We are honored to be a part of the Safari Club International Convention, occurring 18-21 February 2026.

Gala Seating

For the BEST seats in the house, you may choose to purchase a Premiere table or a Grande table for $10,500 or $5,500, respectively. Both are tables of 10. One additional seat may be added to each table for an additional $350, for a maximum of 11 seats per table.

With the purchase of a Premiere table you receive front row seating, recognition in the program and from the stage, and on-screen recognition. With a Grande table the purchaser is entitled to preferred seating and recognition in the evening’s program.

The number of Premiere and Grande tables are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to contact us as soon as possible!

You may also purchase a standard table of 8 for $3,500 which will have preferred seating over individual dinner tickets. One additional seat may be added to each table for an additional $350, for a maximum of 9 seats per table.

Individual dinner tickets ($350 each) will be seated in the Open Seating area of the ballroom, and you may choose any open seat available when you arrive that evening.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel rooms are available at two properties near the Music City Center. Weatherby Foundation has a small block of rooms available at the following hotels, which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis:

It is our policy that our blocks of rooms are reserved only for those guests who are attending the Weatherby dinner on Wednesday evening; therefore, you must purchase your dinner tickets prior to reserving a hotel room at either of the above properties. If you purchase a Premiere Table you are able to reserve up to five hotel rooms; a Grande Table purchase allows for up to three hotel rooms; a Standard Table purchase allows for up to two hotel rooms. Individual tickets purchased can book one hotel room per two guests.

Once you purchase your dinner tickets on our website you will receive a return email with a link that will allow you to book your hotel room(s), if there are still rooms available. If more hotel rooms are reserved than the policy allows, we will be contacting you to resolve the problem.

Because the dinner tickets and the hotel rooms are connected through the reservations system, if you find it necessary to cancel your Weatherby dinner tickets for the Gala your hotel room(s) will also be cancelled.
